William "Bill" Latimer, age 91, of Little Elm, Texas, formerly of Avery, passed away, Monday, January 22, 2024, at Texoma Medical Center. He was born, September 8, 1932, in Avery to William and Alma Brown Latimer. Bill was retired after 39 years from Texas Power and Light. After retirement, he moved back to the family farm in Avery where he and his wife, Billie lived until her death. Bill also lived in Pottsboro after marrying Felicia Minor. His parents, wife, Billie, 2nd wife, Felicia and his son, James Robert Latimer preceded him in death.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024, in Avery Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
Survivors include his sons, William Rhonal and Richard Charles Latimer; grandchildren, Jamie Allen, Jeremy Latimer, Rebecca Ellis, Kyrstin Albracht, Andrew Latimer; great grandchildren, Ady Latimer, Emmy Latimer, Jacie Hines, Luke Hines, Landon Ellis, Rylie Ellis and Ahava Albracht.
