Wanda Joyce Perschke

Wanda Joyce Kelley Perschke, age 80, passed on March 24, 2024.  Mrs. Perschke was born in Avery to James Lester and Annie Selena McGregor Kelley. Her husband, Oliver J. Perschke, brother,  James Kelley, sister, Jo Coil, step- brother, Curtis Hill and step- sister, Marie Denniston all preceded her in death.   She is survived by her sister Sue Cobb, half sisters, Barbara Kelley and Geneva Owens; nieces, Linda Langston and Melissa Sheen; nephew, David Zimmerman; her three step-children, Debra Alfeld (Bob Alfeld), Steve Perschke (Anna Perschke), Mark Perschke, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.  She retired after many years with Fiat Allis in Deerfield and then as office manager with Ragsdale, Inc. in Lake Bluff, Illinois.  She enjoyed card games, trivia, and spending time with friends and family.

Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Avery Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Roddy Jackson officiating.  Burial will follow in Avery Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
