Vivian Gould Obituary

Vivian Rae Gould, age 85, passed away in Clarksville, Texas, on September 4, 2024. Vivian was born in Durant, Oklahoma, to Benjamin and Opal Russell on November 9, 1938. Vivian Russell met Lawrence Gould while he was visiting relatives in Durant, and they started a wonderful relationship. They were married in 1955. Initially, Vivian and Larry lived in Irving, Texas, until they moved to Red River County in 1967, where they purchased a small ranch. Their marriage spanned over six decades until Larry passed in 2018.

Vivian is a child of GOD by accepting JESUS, GOD's son as her SAVIOR, believing HE died on the cross for her sins, arose the 3rd day, and is sitting on the right hand of GOD, interceding for us. Vivian was a member of Experiencing Christ Family Fellowship, pastored by Mark McDonald, in Clarksville, Texas.

Vivian is survived by her two daughters: Cheryl Gould and Kristi Trimble; son-in-law: Robert Trimble; grandsons: Mark McDonald, Joshua McDonald, Joey Smith, Nathan Trimble, and Noah Trimble; great-grandchildren: Sonny Williams, Kaithlynn Baugus, Atticus Porterfield McDonald, Jonathan McDonald, Elijah McDonald, Jonah McDonald, Weston McDonald, Miles McDonald, and Sawyer McDonald; step-granddaughters: Christy Trimble, Mary Beck and Elizabeth Wright and their families; and sister: Betty Arnold.

The family will receive friends an hour before service time.

Funeral Services are set for 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 8, 2024, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Don Shovan and Joshua McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Stones Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
