Vivian Lea Gaines

Vivian Lea Gaines, age 73, of the Albion Community, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Focused Care of Clarksville.

Vivian was born December 11, 1947, in Lubbock to Govan Thomas, Sr. and Myrtle Hays. Vivian Proudly served her country in the United States Army during Vietnam. She was a loving mother and wife. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, J.D. Gaines and her brother, Govan Thomas, Jr.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time at Albion Christian Worship Center.

Funeral Services are set for 2:00p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2021, at the Albion Christian Worship Center with Sister Zelpha Gaines officiating. Burial will follow in Albion Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include her sons, William V. Fredrick, Jr. and wife Melissa of Big Springs and George Fredrick and wife Melissa Gail of Bagwell; her brother, Troy Thomas and wife Debra of Albion Community and 4 grandchildren, Andy Fredrick, Toby Fredrick, Tammy Shorts and George Thomas Fredrick, Jr.
