Steven Michael Hinsley

Steven Michael Hinsley, age 6, of Detroit, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020.

Steven was born February 4, 2013, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Steven loved teddy bears and Mr. Potato head.  His all-time favorite superhero was Spiderman.  Steven was a very active and energetic little boy with a big heart and lots of love.  His family meant the world to him, especially his Nonna, Carolyn.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral services are set for 12:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the First Baptist Church of Detroit with Rev. Doug Hidgon officiating.  Burial will follow in Detroit Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include his grandparents, Carolyn Jean Marks and Frank Paul Marks of Detroit and grandmother, Mary Harvey; his God grandparents, Ronnie Hargan and Bertha Hargan; his father, Chris Michael Hinsley; his sisters, Hailee Mackenzie Hinsley and Angel Harvey; his uncle, Jeff Hinsley and aunt, Bambi; his aunt, Dawn Hargan and uncle, Michael; his cousins, Don McCoin, Christy McCoin, Dan McCoin, Paula McCoin Rhodes, Gavin Hinsley, Myles Hinsley, Andrew Hargan, Gaberiel Hargan, Elijah Hargan and Jace Sellers and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
