Stanley Ronald Benson

Stanley Ronald Benson, age 80, of Atlanta, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Focused Care of Clarksville.

Ronald was born September 18, 1940, in Bogata to Cullen and Opal Bell Benson.  Preceding him in death are his parents. He was of Christian faith.

Ronald graduated from Bogata High School in 1958 and married Dorothy Ann Parker, May 19, 1961. He was owner and operator of Diamond B Trucking for 28 plus years. Ronald, was never seen without a huge smile on his face. You would not ever catch him cussing or condemning anything or anybody, one of the best souls on Earth.

Graveside services are set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Bogata Cemetery with Jeff Jackson officiating.  Burial is under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Family will receive friends half hour before service at Bogata Cemetery.

Survivors include his son, Stanley Wayne Benson and Tammy of Ben Wheeler, Tx; his daughter, Kahlayah Rehkopf and husband Henry of Texarkana; his brother, Duane Benson and wife, Sandra of Clarksville; 5 grandchildren; Haley Benson, Chase Benson, Heather Benson, Andrew Rehkoph and wife Ashley and Timothy Rehkoph and wife Ashley and 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
