Shelda Holloway

Shelda Mae Holloway, age 68, passed away on January 21, 2026. She was born on October 16, 1957, to Jimmy Posey and Alpha Warren.

Shelda was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Bobby Holloway; her grandson, Byron Lance; and her granddaughter, Erica Lance.

She is survived by her loving children, Shannon Holloway and husband Chris of Avery, and Aubrey Holloway and wife Amanda of Avery; her cherished grandchildren, Tiffany, Jeremy, and Katlin; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Jackson, Kyler, Kamo, and Tinleigh. She is also survived by her sisters, Sherry and husband Kenneth of Stephenville, and Teresa Carey of DeKalb; and her brothers, Michael Pauchet and Wayne Archer, along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Avery Cemetery.

Visitation will be an hour before services.

Pallbearers will be Chris Sheffield, Jeremy Lance, Kyle Widemon, Hunter Underhill, J.D. Gilbert, and Glen Posey.
