Robert Vargas

Mr. Robert Vargas, 72 of Bagwell died Tuesday night at Paris Regional Medical Center. He was born October 1, 1949, in Oakland, Ca to Lorin and Christine Ames Vargas. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Cecilla Pennington.  He served in the US Marines and was a retired automotive mechanic. Robert is survived by his wife, Janelle Schmidt Vargas of Bagwell, son, Robert Vargas, Jr., daughter, Sandra Vargas both of California, 2 brothers, Steven Pennington of Seagoville, Arthur Pennington of McKinney and one grandchild, Erik Vargas of Arizona. 

Cremation services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. 

A memorial may be held at a later date.
