Richard Allan Marberry

Richard Allan "Ricky" Marberry, 38, of Wake Village, formerly of Clarksville, passed away, Monday, November 8, 2021, in Texarkana. Richard was born December 8,1982, in Longview, Texas. He was a graduate of Clarksville High School.

Ricky was employed by TxDOT in Texarkana doing what he enjoyed as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He was a friend, mentor, and a beloved member of his work family.

Ricky was an amazing and loving son, father and fiance. Ricky loved nothing more than spending time with his family, as there was no one and nothing more important to him than them and home was his favorite place to be. He was beloved by many and will be dearly missed by all.

Ricky was survived by his Fiance, Angela Ainsworth of Wake Village; his son Richard Allan Marberry, Jr. of Wake Village; 2 daughters, McKynlee Michelle Marberry of Robinson, Tx and Kaitlyn Ainsworth of Wake Village. He is also survived by his parents, Edward “Cookie” and Yolanda Cortez Mays of Clarksville; grandmother, San Juana Cortez and numerous aunts and uncles.

Graveside services will be held under the pavilion at Garland Cemetery in Annona at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 12, 2021. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.
