Randy Alsup

Randy Alsup, age 57, of Cuthand, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Paris Regional Medical Center.

Randy was born January 8, 1964, in Memphis, Tennessee to Jimmy “Cowboy” and Doris Fay Hanna Alsup. He was a lifelong heavy equipment operator. Randy enjoyed his profession and loved talking about his job. In his spare time, he could be found working with his equipment. Randy loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He was a family man and was very proud of where he came from. His parents and fiancee and best friend, Julie Courrege preceded him in death.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 23, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Bro. C.A. Middleton officiating. Burial will follow in Cuthand Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are: Darrell Myers, Mitch Cannon, Shorty Cruise, Jesse Purviance, Brodie Belcher and Brannon Rodden. Honorary Pallbearers are: Matt Belcher, Monte Allums, Mike Fenner and Alvin Rodgers.

Survivors include his son, Dale Alsup and wife, Kim of Cuthand; his daughter, Sara Middleton and husband, C.A. of Athens;  his brother, Ronny Alsup and wife, Roslyn of Fulbright; his sister, Becky Andrews and husband, Phillip of Cuthand; 3 grandchildren, Reygan, Ian and Beckett; his niece, Reese; his nephew, Jimmy and his beloved dog, Jack.
