Phyllis Ann Whitten, age 65, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at Paris Regional Medical Center.

Phyllis was born November 24, 1953, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Bill and Willie Mae Kingfisher Ummerteskee. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Milton Whitten and 2 sisters, Sharon Thirsty and Deloris Woods.

There is no Memorial Service set.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include her companion, Sam Ross of Clarksville; 3 sons, Mark Whitten of Idabel, Oklahoma, Mike Whitten of Arkansas and Allen Whitten of Idabel, Oklahoma; 3 sisters, Wilma Fixin of Tahleguah, Oklahoma, Irma Ummerteskee of Tahleguah, Oklahoma and Carolyn Thirsty of Stilwell, Oklahoma; her brother, Adam Thirsty of Stilwell, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren, Cheyanne, Shecota, Lisa and Jaden and 2 great grandchildren.
