Patty Sue Barton

Mrs. Patty Sue Barton, 86, of Bagwell, died Saturday, June 10, 2023 at U.T. Hospital in Tyler.

Patty was born April 26, 1937 in the Halesboro Community of  Red River County. She was a graduate of Bogata High School and married Henry Barton on February 26, 1955 in DeKalb, Texas. Mrs. Barton was a long time resident of Bagwell and was a Methodist. She was preceeded in death by her husband Henry; her parents, Phillip Hobbs and Helen Fennell Williams; and brother Phillip Harold Hobbs.

Survivors include her son, Bill Barton of Paris, Texas. Also, her sister, Haletha Jones of Commerce, Texas; and a brother, George Hobbs of Hunstville, Texas, 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Clarksville Funeral Home.

A Family conducted Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the Double "R" Cowboy Church, 485 FM 1159, Clarksville, Tx. 75426.
