Patsy Boggs

Patsy Boggs, age, 72, of Clarksville, passed away, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Heritage House of Paris.  Patsy was born, April 2, 1953, in Clarksville to Olen Felix "Pat" and Betty Jo Meredith Westfall.  She was retired from the Texas Department of Human Resources. 

Survivors include her husband, Bill Boggs of Clarksville, stepdaughter, Laura Boggs of Rutherford, North Carolina and a step granddaughter, India Davis of Ashville, North Carolina. 

Family and friends may gather at the Boggs residence at 2:00 P.M., Sunday afternoon.  Patsy will be laid to rest at the Harris Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
