Michael D. "Mike" Davidson, age, 72, of Clarksville, passed away, Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Mike affectionately known as "The Frito-Lay" man was born, May 14, 1953, in Clarksville to Clarence and Frances Medford Davidson. His parents, two brothers, Bobby and Billy Davidson, along with three sisters, Nelda Phelps, Mary Daffern and Nancy Phelps preceded him in death. Mike was a 1971 graduate of Clarksville High School and married Lynene Blackburn on November 11, 1983, in Avery. He was the Area Sales Representative for the Frito-Lay Company for over 30 years. Mike was an avid Dallas Cowboy's fan and always in search of a good conversation! He loved his family and especially spending time with his grandson, Nolan. One of Mike's most requested meals was fried fish and anything, "sweet' that he knew he wasn't supposed to have.
Memorial services are scheduled for 1:30 P.M. Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Terry Sulsar officiating.
Visitation will be an hour before service time.
Honorary Pallbearers are Harlon Moore, John Holloway, Travis Holloway, Terry Sulsar, John Finley, Sammy Puckett, Jonathan Blanton, Lanny Achley, Sammy Gist, Brandon Harvey, Clarksville Fire Department, and EMS.
Survivors include his wife, Lynene Davidson, his daughter, Ashley Davidson and friend, Justin Sisco and his grandson, Nolan Bray.
The family will be at the Davidson's Home.
