Marie Holley

Marie Holley, age 105, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Colonial Lodge of Paris.

Marie was born September 3, 1920, in Annona to Robert and Lena Cornett Preston. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed traveling throughout the United States. Marie retired from Westinghouse Corporation of Paris and was a faithful member of Cuthand Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, Bobby Neal; three brothers, William Henry Preston, Eugene Preston, and Wilbur Preston; and two sisters, Elizabeth Pruitt and Lucille Knowles.

Survivors include her daughter, Neva Dell Epps and husband Charlie of Bogata; her grandchildren, RaNell Isaacs and husband, Mark and Marty Ludtke and husband, Trent; great-grandchildren, Alli Darnell and husband, Nate, and Averi Isaacs; and her great-great-grandchild, Andi Darnell.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at Clarksville Funeral Home. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will follow at Cuthand Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
