Lois Raulston

Lois Taylor Raulston, age 57, of Longview, Texas, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 in Clarksville, Texas. Lois was born on April 13, 1966 in DeQueen, Arkansas to Hubert Lee Taylor and Mary Joyce (Smith) Hawley.

Lois loved life and lived it to the fullest. She enjoyed fishing whether it be for crappie or sharks. She loved Broken Bow Lake and going to the ocean. Lois was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She was a very adventurous person who loved to travel.

Lois was very competitive when it came to golf and playing 42. She was a very accomplished artistic painter.

Her grandchildren were her life. She enjoyed and treasured the time she spent with them.

Lois was preceded in death by her father, Hubert Lee Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Matt Raulston and wife, Sandra Dawn of Clarksville, Texas; Brandon Raulston; grandchildren, Paycas and Jett Raulston of Clarksville, Texas, step grandson, Jace Gates of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Madisyn Raulston and Aaron Raulston of Clarksville; brother, Hubert C. Hawley of Bagwell, Texas and sister, Deborah Ann Patterson of Mount Pleasant, Texas; her mother Mary Joyce Hawley of Bagwell, Texas.

Visitation will be held on Monday afternoon from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Clarksville Funeral Home in Clarksville, Texas. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday June 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Glover Cemetery in Glover, Oklahoma. Rev. Mark Williams will officiate. Services are held under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
