Linda Fair

Linda Fair, age 75, of the Woodland Community passed away, Friday, December 22, 2023, at Heritage House in Paris.

Linda was born September 6, 1948, in Paris to Lloyd Meredith and Grace Adeline Small Fair.  She graduated from Paris High School and attended Paris Junior College, The University of Texas at Arlington and later East Texas State University.  Linda retired after 26 years of working for the Texas Department of Human Resources and moved back to the Woodland Community.  She enjoyed ancestry research and was a member to the Woodland United Methodist Church.  

She is survived by a brother, Claude (Butch) Fair and wife, Sandra of Murray, Kentucky; special friends, Larry and Mary Ann Hoskins of the Woodland Community; five nieces, Sandra Orea, Samantha Arellano, Ashley Phillips, Brittany Phillips and Brandy Sosa.

Graveside services are set for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Woodland Cemetery with Renate McCoin officiating.  Services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
