Laura Wilkins

Laura Pollock Wilkins, age 61, of Detroit, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019, at her residence.

Laura was born July 31, 1958, in Tallahassee, Florida to Dr. Horace Loftin and Janice Keller Loftin. Her mother preceded her in death.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2019, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Paris, Texas, 3060 Pine Mill Road, Paris Tx. 75460 with Bishop Mark Greenwell officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Wilkins of Detroit; her father, Dr. Horace Loftin; 4 sons, Richard E. Wilkins and wife, Gina of Wellington, North Carolina, Daniel B. Wilkins of Orlando, Florida, Shawn M. Wilkins of Detroit and Kyle S. Wilkins of Salt Lake City, Utah; her daughter, Janette Conner of Boulder, Colorado; 2 brothers, Rex Keller Loftin and wife, Karen of Galax, Virginia and Thomas Loftin of Mississippi and 2 grandchildren, Aden and Bella of Detroit.
