Lanelle Franklin Obituary

LaNelle Franklin, age 79, of Deport, passed away, Sunday, August 29, 2021, at her residence, with her loved ones surrounding her. LaNelle retired from home health services and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bogata. She loved her family and friends. LaNelle was born near Bogata on December 29, 1941, the daughter of Hugh and Bessie Denny Randle. Her parents; and a son, Shannon Franklin preceded her in death.

LaNelle is survived by 2 sons, Jeff Franklin of Oklahoma, City, Oklahoma and Curt Franklin and wife Carol of Kansas City; grandchildren, Blake, Blaine and Alex Franklin, Justin and wife, Carolyn Franklin, Jaden and Jaxson Franklin; a special cat, Gypsy and numerous cousins and friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
