Joyce Mitchell Lee

Joyce Mitchell Lee, age 74, of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord on, Friday, November 15, 2024, at her residence.  Mrs. Mitchell was born, December 9, 1949, in Clarksville to Carroll and Edwina Bachlor Mitchell.  She was a member of the New Haven Missionary Baptist Church.  Joyce married Jimmy Lee on June 24, 1969, he preceded her in death.  Two brothers, James and Vernon Mitchell also preceded her in death.  

Survivors include two sons, Ricky Roberts and wife, Leigh of Clarksville and Johnny Lee and wife, Robyn of Bogata; two daughters, Linda Lee and husband, Ronnie Jarrett of Clarksville and Lana Davis and husband, John of Bagwell; eleven grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Elizabeth Phelps and Joan Johnson both of Clarksville; special son, James Stansbury, Jr. and a special friend, Doris Taylor.

Funeral services are 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 18, 2024, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. D.J. Harris officiating.  Burial will follow in Albion Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Atlee Roberts, Justin Franks, Colter Franks, Gage Stokes, Wes Reeder, Jason Jarrett and Justin Lee

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.
