Johna Lu Hatley, age 87, of Sulphur Springs, passed away, Monday, December 7, 2020, at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab Center. Mrs. Hatley was born, August 16, 1933, in Joplin, Missouri to John and Lucille Stamper Underwood. Johna was of the Full Gospel faith. Her husband, Arvel Gene Hatley preceded her in death on November 29, 1992. She loved her Lord with all her might and ministered to many during her stay in the nursing home. Mrs. Hatley is dearly loved by her children and family and will be missed.
Survivors include her daughters, Wyoma George of Sulphur Springs, Jeney Walker of Pickton, Christina Hooper of Dallas, Pamela Gaines of Clarksville, Marlene McGrath of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Darlen Howard of Raton, New Mexico; her sons, Roger Hatley and Dene Hatley both of Sulphur Springs and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. David Howard officiating. Burial will follow in New Haven Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends one hour before service at Clarksville Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Johnny Walker, Norval George, Landon George, Brian Hatley, Jason Roberts, Andrew Gaines, Christopher Gaines and Steve Harris.
Honorary Pallbearer is John McGrath.
