Jerry Wilson Phelps

Jerry Wilson Phelps, age 73, of Clarksville, passed away, Sunday, January 14, 2024, at his residence. Jerry was born in Avery to Charles and Iva York Phelps.  He was a retired painter.  

There will be a Memorial Visitation Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. 

Survivors include his wife, Clara Mitchell Phelps of Clarksville; daughters, Amy Troxell and husband, Jason of Detroit, Cynthia Taylor and husband, Roy of Bogata, Ande Gilbert and husband, Morgan of Avery and Sandra Stuart and husband, Charles of Savoy; brother, Roy Phelps; sister, Margie Rust, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
