James "Jim" Thomas Billard, age 88, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Jim was born April 21, 1936, in Summerville, Massachusetts to Archibald and Agnes Doerr Billard. His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Andrews of Jupiter, Florida and his 2 grandchildren, Kathryn Andrews of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and KC Andrews of Tampa, Florida.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
