Horace Keeling, age 71, of Avery, passed away, Monday, October 19, 2020 at his residence.

Horace was born November 8, 1948, in Clarksville to James David and Patsy Marie Ailshie Keeling. Horace was an avid gun collector and loved his children and grand kids very much. Preceding him in death are his parents; 2 brothers, James David Keeling, Jr. and Jimmy Keeling and 2 sisters, Shirley Keeling and Helen Roberts.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Mitchell Keeling of Avery; his son, Terance Keeling and wife Jeannie of Avery; his daughter, Lana Lamon of Avery; his sister, Linda Rhea of Annona; 5 grandchildren, Jeannie Keeling, Kolt Keeling, Reagan Nichols and husband, Ty, Emily Lamon and Amy Lamon; 3 great grandchildren, Kinsey, Bella and Hadley and his life long friend, Bruce Duncan.
