Gayle Robertson

Norma Gayle Tull Robertson 89, of Bagwell, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 14, 1936, to Herbert Gaylord “Ted” Tull and Estelle Askins Tull.

Gayle married the love of her life, Henry Byron Robertson, and together they shared 65 wonderful years before his passing. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, aunt and friend to all that knew her.

She is survived by her two loving sons, Cris Robertson and wife Kacy, and Jeff Robertson and wife Marlo, Sue Crook her sister, and her beloved grandchildren Chandler, Riley, Macie, Emmry, Lawson, Dallas and extended family and many loving friends. Gayle was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Byron.

Gayle began her career with Southwestern Bell Telephone before taking time off to lovingly raise her two boys. She later returned to the workforce with AT&T, where she worked until her retirement. Beyond her career, she was a faithful homemaker and the heart of her family.

She was a devoted member of Bagwell Baptist Church and a steadfast pillar of her community. Gayle’s life was a shining testimony of love, kindness, and unwavering faith in Jesus.

Her legacy of love, faith, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Services to honor her life will be held in the Lindeman Chapel at Clarksville Funeral Home on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Karl Bush officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at Noon. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. 

Pallbearers are Zach Breimon, Chad Coffman, Lee Coffman, Todd Coffman, Taylor Nors, Andy Robertson, Darryl Rogers, and Eric Rogers.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dallas Robertson and Lawson Payne.
