Dot Hamilton Sexton, Jr. age 89, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2022, at Clarksville Nursing Center.

Dot was born January 4, 1933, in Justin Texas to Dot Sexton, Sr. and Thelma Sexton. Dot was a custom combine harvester and heavy equipment operator. He could fix or build anything and always willing to help anyone in need. Dot was a quiet man who loved to talk with his friends. His parents; 2 sons, Stephen and Jamie Sexton; and a step daughter, Kelly Williams preceded him in death.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral services are set for 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 20, 2022, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in English Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Dot is survived by his wife, Sharron Olson Sexton; his daughter, Kathy Sexton; his daughter-in-law, Charlotte Sexton; his sister, Jeanette Hathorne; and 2 grandchildren, Kassidy Williams and David Sexton.
