Dorothy Jo Bolton

Dorothy Jo Bolton, age 93, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Clarksville Nursing Center.

Dorothy was born May 17, 1929, in Clarksville to Dick and Ethel Clark Donovan. She enjoyed traveling with her best friend Pat McCoy and her grandchildren. Dorothy was of the Catholic faith. Her parents and brother, John Donovan preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 14, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held at 3:00 p.m. August 15, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Rev. Gavin Vaverek officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Terri Harvey of Clarksville; 2 grandchildren, Jon McCoy of Grand Prairie and Laura McCoy Carter and husband, Geoffrey of Lavon; 3 great grandchildren Tyler Carter, Breanna Harvey and Leland Harvey; her nephew, Richard Donovan; her niece, Susan Stubblefield and her sister-in-law, Betty Donovan.
