Deborah Kelly Obituary

Deborah Moore Kelley, age 54, Bogata, passed away, Friday, December 25, 2020, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Deborah was born, October 15, 1966, in Dallas to Hollis and Sylvia Bean Moore. Her father; and a niece, Billi Ann Scott preceded her in death. She was employed with the Quick Track Company in Bogata.

Survivors include 1 son, Jacob Needham and Courtney of Bogata; 1 daughter, Kirby Needham of Bogata; her mother, Sylvia Moore of Bogata; 1 sister, Sonja Sparkman of Bogata; 2 brothers, Gerald Moore of Bogata and Bradley Moore of Johntown; and 4 grandchildren, Indie, Julien, Cameron and Korie.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
