Danny Fletcher Jones

Danny Fletcher Jones, age 68, of Bagwell, passed away, Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his residence.  Danny was born on January 30, 1956, in Clarksville the son of Fletcher Forest and Thelma Gladys Glover Jones.  He was a welding inspector and a member of the New Haven Missionary Baptist Church.  Danny was a hard worker, loved his family and especially his grandchildren.  He was a mentor for many men. His wife, Donna Marlene Raulston Jones; two brothers, John Paul Jones and Don Jones; and a niece, LeAnn Raulston, all preceded him in death. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, 30, 2024, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Williams and John Mitchell officiating.  Burial will follow in New Haven Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include his son, Danny “Bubba” Jones, Jr. of Clarksville; daughters, Monica Fisher and husband, Cliff of Converse, Louisiana, Megan Campbell and husband, Matt of Bagwell; brother, Jimmy Jones and wife, Vickie of Pittsburg; sisters, Jenny Herron and husband, Ronnie of Paris, Linda Hawley and husband, Johnny of Bagwell and Betty Raulston and husband, Morris of Hooks; grandchildren, Blake “Casey” Fisher, Danny Fletcher “D.J.” Jones, III, Kora “Cookie” Henderson, Kaleb “Craig” Jones, Clay “Bug” Fisher, Tyler “ Bigs” Geurin, Aydan “Opie” Jones, Makynli “Sissy” Jones; great grandchild, Morgen Layne Jones.

Pallbearers are D. J. Jones, Bake Fisher, Clay Fisher, Kaleb Jones, Matt Raulston.

Honorary Pallbearers are, John John Davis, Cliff Fisher, Matt Campbell, Brandon Raulston, Keith Raulston and Mitchell Raulston.
