Carrie Ann Cabler Selvera, age 54, of Benbrook, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Texas Health Hospital in Fort Worth.
Carrie was born on September 5, 1970, in Clarksville, Texas, to Robert and Margaret Limbock Cabler. She had a kind and loving spirit, and her warmth touched everyone who knew her. Carrie enjoyed listening to music and watching television—especially cartoons that brought a smile to her face. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her stepfather Bob Clark, and her beloved daughter, Amanda Cabler.
Carrie is survived by her husband, Estevan Selvera of Benbrook; her daughters, Ashley Stephens and Sierra Andrade, both of Fort Worth; her sisters, Becky and Vicki; her brothers, James and Steve; and ten cherished grandchildren: Marisol Andrade, Gabriel, Isaac, Messiah, King, Aden, Priscilla, Azlina, Malaine, and Aviana Selvera. She also leaves behind her faithful dog, Kilo, who brought her much comfort and companionship.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Clarksville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in the Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Turner Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
