Brian Wayne Parks

Brian Wayne Parks, age 69, of Avery, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, at his residence.

Brian was born February 4, 1956, in Lamesa, Texas, to Benjamin Wayne and Rose Ann Medford Parks. At the age of 17, he proudly joined the United States Army, where he was stationed in Germany.

He is survived by his mother, Rose Ann Parks of Clarksville; his three children, Joshua, Jessica, and Cameron, all of Florida; his brother, Paul Parks of Avery; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, at Lydia Cemetery with Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
