Billy Wayne Shirley, age 84, of Clarksville, passed away, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Bill was born March 28, 1937, in Clarksville to Ermon and Lorine Conine Shirley. He was a 1955 graduate of Clarksville High School and a retired Truck Driver.
