Betty Findley Obituary

Betty Clarkson Findley, 76, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at her residence after a long illness with ALS. Betty was born on April 16, 1945, in Paris, the daughter of A.O and Viola (Long) Clarkson. She graduated from Blossom High School with the class of 1963.

Betty’s greatest joy in life was her family and loved to travel and visit their families across Texas.  She had a passion for quilting and loved creating quilts that would be loved and cherished by those that used them.  Sitting around with other quilters and swapping fabric and sharing stories filled her heart with joy. Garry and Betty lived in Pasadena, TX for 38 years before returning to the Clarksville area to enjoy their dream of living on a farm.

She also has five grandchildren Abbie and Paige of Flower Mound, TX, Kelan, Elijah and Raylee of Richmond, TX and two step granddaughters she considered her own, Hannah Rose and Claire Rose of Dallas, TX.
