Barbara Smelser Obituary

Barbara Gail Smelser, age 79, of Bogata, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab.

Barbara was born November 17, 1940, in Bagwell to Clyde and Margaret Tucker Mitchell. Barbara graduated from Bogata High School and was retired from Lone Star Gas. Preceding her in death are her parents and her brother, Marion Mitchell.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The request of no services by Barbara are being honored, there will be no Memorial services.

Barbara is survived by her nephew, Mark Mitchell and wife, Debbie of Bogata; her sister-in-law, Reba Mitchell of Bogata and her beloved dog, Casey.
