Noel Thomas Foreman (Major, U.S. Army, retired) of Midlothian, formerly of Clarksville, passed away, Wednesday, January 8, 2020, in a Midlothian Health Care Center. He was 82. Mr. Foreman was born, July 14, 1937, in Chickasha, Oklahoma and was the son of Walter and Lorena Holder Foreman. He was a Mechanical Engineer with Phillips Petroleum for over 35 years. Mr. Foreman was a member of the New Haven Missionary Baptist Church. His wife, Doris Tyler Foreman; and a sister, Ardella Cherry preceded him in death.
Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 11, 2020, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis McClintic and Rev. James Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow in New Haven Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 6:00 pm. until 8:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.
Survivors include 2 sons, Allen Foreman and wife, Minay of Midlothian and Thomas Randall Foreman and wife, Tammy of Texarkana; 1 daughter, Karen Snow and husband, Jackie of Crane; one sister, Linda Finch of Texarkana; 1 step brother, Grady Hoy of Abilene; 6 grandchildren, Bradley Snow, Taylor Sharp, Jim Foreman, Jessica Foreman, Amanda White and Blake Foreman, and 13 great grandchildren.
