Nora Vickers
Nora Vickers, age 86 of Paris, passed away, Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at ETMC Clarksville.
She was born in Red River County on October, 6, 1921 to Alex and Velma Lynch Whitten. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Harp.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Vickers of Paris; son, Newton Deviney of Levelland; sister, Dell Pratt of Paris; granddaughter, Marie Dawson; 3 great-granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
The Vickers family will have a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 2 in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home. Her body will be donated to science.
