A celebration of Michael Alan Martin's life was held at Scott's Landing, Lake Grapevine, Texas on Saturday, March 29, 2008.  Michael is the son of Billie Jean Storey Martin and Larry Alan Martin.  He is the grandson of Bettie and Robert Storey and the late Eleanor and John Martin.  Michael's great grandparents include the late Tommie and L.R. Storey and the late Jessie and W.A. Dobson.

Michael was born on May 28, 1975 in Oklahoma City.  Michael died on March 26, 2008.  He was living in Grapevine, Texas at the time of his death.

Michael is survived by his brother Jeff, his sister Anna, her husband Matt Curling and his stepfather Dan Cashman.  His survivors also include the extended Storey and Martin family who love him very much..

Always quick with a smile and a joke, he will be missed by many friends.  The hobbies he loved included gardening, cooking, reading and sailing.  Michael enjoyed many joyful days with his cousins at his grandparent's cabin on North Lake. 

Michael's ashes will be laid to rest in the English Cemetery at a later date.
