Martha White Brown
Martha White Brown, age 66 of Clarksville, Texas, passed away Thursday, February
21, 2008, at her residence.
She was born on July 31, 1941, in Union County, Arkansas, the daughter of Luther
H. and Vera A. Manning White. She was a member of the Aikin Grove Missionary
Baptist Church in Clarksville. She was preceded in death by her parents and
a son, Greg Brown, on December 14, 1995.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. James Brown, Clarksville; one daughter, Jan Raulston, Bogata, Texas; two brothers, James and wife Joyce White, Huttig, Arkansas, and Billy and wife Cheryl White, Crossett, Arkansas; one grandson, Jake Raulston and one granddaughter, Tara Raulston, both of Bogata; many nieces and nephews; and their church family at Aikin Grove Baptist Church.
Services will be Saturday, February 23, 2008, 4:00 p.m., in Lindeman Chapel, Clarksville Funeral Home, with the Rev. Calvin Hancock and the Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will be Sunday, February 24, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in Hamburg Cemetery, Hamburg, Arkansas.
