Obituary:
Kathy Davis, age 50, of Annona, passed away Friday, December 30, 2011, at her residence.

Kathy was born March 23, 1961, in Vivan, Louisiana to Von Allen and Elouise Hines Davis. She is preceded in death by her father, her grandparents and 5 uncles.

She is survived by her step father and mother, Charlie and Elouise Prater of Annona; 2 sons, T.J. Shirley of Maine and Robert Von Guinn of Avery; 2 daughters, Mary Catherine Shirley of Maine and Jackie Harper of Avery; 2 half brothers, Marty and Clay Davis of Atlanta; and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2012, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Sterling officiating. Burial will follow in Savannah Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends an hour before service time at the funeral home.
