Obituary:
Delores Maxine Dryden, age 67, of Winfield, died Friday, May 20, 2011, at her daughters residence in Commerce. She was a retired Security Guard for TXU, and of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2011, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Aikin Grove Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Monday night from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Earl Dryden in 2004, and two sisters and two brothers.

She was born in Fannin County, Texas on March 18, 1944 to William Oscar and Sarah Lisabeth McAllister Van Hooser.

Survivors include her son, Dennis Dryden of Mt. Pleasant; her daughter, Rhonda Shipp and husband Van of Commerce; two sisters, Freda Goar of Dallas and Eula Walls of Bonham; two brothers, Delane Van Hooser of Talco and Lyndell Van Hooser of Wolfe City; her grandchildren, Dustin, Heather and Austin Dryden and Chris and Morgan Ehrlish.

I prayers are with you all. I loved her Very Very much. She was always a beatifully kind and loving lady. I am sorry we won't make it to the funeral. We don't like to get to far away from my Dad these days. We love you all and will kep you in our thoughts and Prayers.
